Refund Policy (3 Days)

  • You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy (5 Days – Defective or Wrong Item)

  • If you receive a defective product or a wrong item, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • To process an exchange, you must provide clear photos or videos of the defective/wrong item.
  • Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or clearance items (if any).

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Reason for return/refund/exchange
  • Photos or videos (if defective/wrong item)

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
